Naughtiest Girl In The School: Book - 1 is a young girl’s story revolving around her experiences in a traditional English boarding school setting in the 1940’s. Elizabeth is a selfish, spoilt and disobedient child and her parents are forced to send her to Whyteleafe boarding school. However, Elizabeth, determined to get back home, hatches various plans of mischief on her own. She dreams of being expelled by the school in order to accomplish her objective. The story takes a sudden turn when Elizabeth starts meeting new people and making friends. Her selfishness forces her to do a rethink and she starts loving the school for what it is. Her transformation is also shown in this book. She gets involved in a gamut of activities such as gardening, horse riding and playing the piano. She even finds a good friend in Joan. Bereft of formal schooling and mainly exposed to education through her governess, Whyteleafe boarding school contributes to the evolution of her own personality.
